心血管重构与功能研究实验室是山东大学及齐鲁医院医学科学研究的重要基地。该实验室始建于2002年,同年被教育部批准为“211”工程重点建设项目。在此基础上,2003年被批准为教育部心血管重构与功能研究重点实验室建设项目,2004年通过教育部科技司组织的建设计划专家论证。2004年作为“985”工程二期重点建设项目,由教育部批准建立心血管基因组医学科技创新平台。2005年被卫生部批准建立心血管重构与功能研究重点实验室。2006年成功通过教育部组织的重点实验室验收。本实验室的主要研究方向包括:动脉粥样硬化血管重构和功能的研究、心力衰竭心室重构和功能的研究以及心律失常的电重构和解剖重构的研究。 实验室现有医、教、研总人数53人,其中工程院院士1人,“长江学者”2人,“泰山学者”1人,“985”工程特聘教授3人,教授(主任医师)19人,副教授14人(包括副主任技师1名)。博士生导师15人,硕士生导师17人。医教研人员中,博士后3人,博士29人,硕士9人。现已形成一支朝气蓬勃、年富力强的科研队伍,具有一批在国际学术界有竞争实力的年轻学术带头人。 实验室围绕心血管疾病分子机制及生物治疗的研究需要,设有实验准备室、动物实验室、基因实验室、蛋白质实验室、细胞学实验室、组织学实验室、激光共聚焦显微镜室、电生理实验室、净化室、计算机室、阅览室等,建筑面积3000m2。实验室设备齐全、先进,主要大型设备有激光共聚焦显微镜、膜片钳放大器和离子成像系统、低温超速离心机、实时荧光定量PCR仪、小鼠超声心动图仪,以及其他常规精密实验仪器,建立了涵盖心血管基础医学研究主要领域的一系列技术平台。 近年来,我室先后承担了国家“985”工程二期重点建设项目1项,国家“211”工程重点建设项目1项,国家863重大项目1项,国家重大基础研究973项目分课题2项,国家111计划1项,国家“十一五”科技支撑计划1项,国家杰出青年科学基金海外合作项目1项,国家自然科学基金23项,国家“十五”攻关项目1项,全国优秀博士论文基金1项,卫生部临床学科重点项目2项,国际合作项目2项,教育部和山东省基金项目25项,合计62项,可支配学科建设经费8800万元,可支配科研经费4533万元;在国际杂志发表论文99篇(其中《SCI》收录56篇),国内核心期刊569篇。主编专著7部,副主编专著5部,参编专著29部,合计41部。获国家级科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖3项,省部级科技进步一等奖4项,山东省十大成果奖1项,省部级科技进步二等奖22项、三等奖16项,合计48项。 实验室积极加强人才的引进和培养,实行人才流动制度,按照“请进来、送出去”的策略加大了国际合作力度。三年来,我们先后派出了10名中青年学者赴美国、加拿大、日本、瑞典等地学习进修,召开了两届齐鲁国际心血管病论坛,实验室的专家在大型国际会议上发言累计36次。实验室与美国贝勒医学院,瑞典卡洛林斯卡研究院等国外著名大学和机构建立了良好的合作关系。我们优良的研究条件和自由的学术氛围吸引了国内外许多出色的中青年科研工作者。心血管重构与功能研究实验室已成为一个国内外知名的心血管病研究中心。 Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Remodeling and Function Research The Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Remodeling and Function Research was established in 2002 and has been designated as a key laboratory by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2003 and the Chinese Ministry of Health in 2005. Professor Yun Zhang, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is its director. The principal research fields of the Institute are focused on atherosclerosis, heart failure, and arrhythmia. There are 53 employees in the institute, including a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, two “Cheung Kong” scholars, a “Taishan” Scholar, three ”985 Project” Scholars, 19 professors and 14 associate professors. The institute consists of an experiment preparing room, an animal experiment laboratory, a gene laboratory, a protein laboratory, a cytological laboratory, a histological laboratory, a laser-confocal microscope laboratory, an electrophysiological laboratory, a purification room, a computer room and a library. The total area of the institute is over 3,000 m2. There are all the necessary equipments for basic research in the field of cardiovascular medicine. Since the laboratory’s foundation, it has undertaken 59 research projects, including the national 863 Program, the national 973 Program, the Key Research Program of the National “Eleventh Five-year Plan” , projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. In 2006, our research funding surpassed 45 million RMB. The institute has published more than 600 papers including 56 papers published in SCI journals, such as 《Science》,《Blood》,《Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology》,《American Journal of Cardiology》,《European Heart Journal》,etc. The institute has also published 41 textbooks in cardiovascular medicine. In recent years, the Institute has won the State Science and Technology Prize for five times, and other Science and Technology Prizes for more than 40 times. Under the leadership of Professor Yun Zhang, the Institute is actively involved in international exchanges and collaboration. Over the past three years, 10 researchers have studied in USA, Canada, Japan and Sweden and 36 oral presentations have been made in international conferences. In 2004 and 2006, the institute organized the First and the Second Qilu International Conference of Cardiovascular Diseases, which nearly 1,000 scholars attended. The institute has established international exchange and collaboration with the Baylor Medical College from the USA, the Karolinska Institute from Sweden, and other famous universities or institutes. Our excellent research conditions and free academic atmosphere have attracted many promising young scientists from home and abroad. The Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Remodeling and Function Research has become a well-known research center for cardiovascular diseases. |
